Turbo Blower consists of a compression unit that compresses air,
a blow-off valve that releases air to protect the compression unit during start and stop,
an inverter that controls rotating speed of a high-speed motor through the change of frequencies,
a PLC control unit that allows a user to actively operate the
product depending on field conditions, and an enclosure that
fixes all parts and prevents internal noise to the outside.

    Turbo Blower sucks and compresses an ambient air and
    supplies to fields where compressed air is required through a discharge flange.
    The ambient air inflows to Turbo Blower flows into a motor cabinet through an inlet filter
    that are installed on the back when Air-End operates.
    The inlet filter has a dual structure of pre filter and medium filter to control the quality of intake air.
    The air in the motor cabinet inflows into the Air-End and is compressed by impeller
    and it is supplied to the field through a discharge flange.
    A blow-off valve is installed in a diffuser of discharge flange to prevent compressed air from flowing backward to the Air-End.
    It automatically operates by a solenoid valve between discharge compressed air and the outside
    when the field pressure, which is the pressure at the discharge flange, is higher than the pressure that is generated by impeller,
    namely when Turbo Blower starts or stops.

    InstallatioN WAYS

    It is very easy to install Turbo Blower because it is almost free of vibration.
    Just place Turbo Blower on a flat floor and level it.
    A level foot in the bottom can be adjusted to level Turbo Blower.
    You can also install a anchor on a level foot when there is severe earthquake or vibration.
    After placing Turbo Blower, assemble parts in the following order : a flexible joint that helps install pipes,
    a check valve that prevents compressed air from flowing backward,
    and a discharge silencer that reduces the noise of discharged air.
    Make sure to check directions of inlet and outlet of the check valve.
    Both horizontal and vertical installation are available depending on environments.
