MECHANICAL PART
….
It has a cooling system using the air around Turbo Blower without special cooling air.
A cooling fan to cool down a high-speed motor is installed on a first shaft of the high-speed motor in the air-end.
When the cooling fan rotates, the air around the air-end flows into the high-speed motor
through a cooling air inlet that is installed in the motor body and cools down a stator and a rotor,
and then is discharged to the outside through a cooling air silencer.
ELECTRIC PARTS
….
The main heat source of the electric unit is an inverter.
Therefore a cooling fan that is installed in the inverter is used, or a separated cooling fan is additionally installed.
A medium filter is installed in the inlet side to assure the quality of cooling air.
The previous Turbo Blower cooling absorbs the heat loss of the inverter into the machine part and cools the motor with the outside air, but this has a lower cooling efficiency.
This company separated the front part and the motor cooling to improve the problem.
AIR – END PART
- For effective motor cooling, the cooling fan directly connected to the shaft absorbs the outside air necessary for motor cooling immediately after the machine turn-on and efficiently cools following the optimally designed cooling flow line.
- The air that once cooled the motor emits externally to prevent the air from affecting the motor efficiency.
ELECTRIC PART
- The product was constructed to elevate the efficiency by using separate commercial cooling fans to block the heat loss introduced to the compression part.
- The high cooling effect of this product eliminates dangerous factors of electrical parts and contributes to establishing a safe environment.
