WHAT IS THE TURBO BLOWER / COMPRESSOR

The official name of Turbo Blower is “high-speed motor direct coupled centrifugal blower with air bearings.”
A compression unit of Turbo Blower is directly coupled to a high-speed motor, and
it doesn’t have a power transmission system such as V-Belt or multiplying gear, thereby having high efficiency and hardly causing vibration.
In addition, it provides a wide operation range and various operation modes because it is equipped
with an inverter that allows a user to change the pressure and flow rate by field requirements.
It also features very low noise because a compression unit is surrounded by an enclosure with sound-absorbing materials.
Turbo Blower mainly features 20 to 40% of energy saving, low noise of 85 dBA or less,
and oil-free operation compared to existing blowers.

No need for a separate cooling system because the motor is cooled by suction air.

STRUCTURE

1. TOUCH LCD

All command inputs and status monitoring required for blower operation, including driving and stopping, can be performed.
It consists of four screens: MAIN, DATA, MAP, and TRIP

3. COOLING AIR SILENCER

It acts to reduce generated noise when motor cooling air is discharged to the outside.
It is designed to connect pipes and discharge them directly to the outside if necessary.

5. AIR-END

It consists of a high-speed motor, impeller, and air bearing and makes compressed air.
It is designed with an optimal cooling structure to secure reliability.

2. INVERTER

It adjusts rotational speed of the motor and the compression unit by changing the frequency according to the command of the controller.
Additional energy saving is able to by adjusting capacity.

4. BLOW-OFF VALUE

It prevents compressed air from fowing back from the pipe to the Air-End when blower starts and stops.
It prevents an Air-End from the trip such as surge and overload operation.

6. INLET SILENCER

It acts to reduce noise emitted to the outside through the suction path in the Air-End.

터보 블로워

터보 블로워의 공식 명칭은 “에어 베어링을 장착한 고속 모터 직결형 원심 블로워”이다. 터보 블로워의 압축부는 고속 모터에 직접 연결 되어 있기 때문에, V-벨트나 증속기어와 같은 동력 전달 시스템을 사용하지 않습니다.

따라서 동력전달손실이 없어 효율이 높고 진동이 거의 발생하지 않습니다. 모터 운전주파수를 변경할 수 있는 인버터가 장착되어 있기 때문에 운전범위가 넓고 다양한 운전모드를 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 압축부치가 흡음재를 포함한 비넷으로 둘러싸여 있기 때문에 소음이 매우 낮습니다. 터보 블로워는 기존 용접식 블로워에 비해 20~40%의 에너지 절약, 85dBA 이하의 저소음, 오일을 사용하지 않는 특징이 있습니다.
